Thank you for your purchase of a Hollywood Vampires VIP package from Epic Rights, Inc. All VIP packages are non-refundable. There are no personal autographs permitted during the photo op. You will receive an email 2-3 days before the event with where to check in and what time to arrive at the venue. If you purchase a General Admission ticket as part of your meet & greet package, we cannot guarantee early entry or a reserved spot due to the timing of the meet & greet. All VIP items are distributed on site. Nothing is sent prior to the concert. If you do not arrive in time to pick up your merchandise, we are not able to ship the products.
